Eligiblity:
Applicants who have passed a Bachelor's or Master's degree(Science Social science. Humanities) with a minimum of fifty percent (50%) marks, or fifty-five percent (55%) marks in Engineering or Technology (Science and Technology) or any other equivalent examination. shall be eligible for admission. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes shall be granted a relaxation of five percent (5%) in the prescribed qualifying marks. Only the marks obtained in those graduate and postgraduate programmes shall be considered valid whose prescribed duration is not less than three years and two years, respectively.
Admission Process:
Applicants shall be able to register online in accordance with the schedule issued by the Higher Education Department. Complete information regarding the admission process shall be available on the online portal. During the process of online registration, comprehensive details of the admission procedure shall remain accessible on the departmental portal of Higher Education (epravesh.highereducation.mp.gov.in)./the e-Pravesh mobile application, as well as on the official departmental website.
Applicants may submit their registration through the mobile application and/or the online portal. During the online admission registration process, candidates are required to first provide details of their certificates and academic credentials. After this, from the list of available verified colleges, candidates must fill in their preferences by selecting any ten colleges of their choice. Following the choice filling. the Higher Education Department grants admission to a designated college through the counselling process based on merit and preferences.
While submitting the application after online registration, applicants shall ensure that the particulars recorded in their certificates such as name, father's or husband's name, mother's name, marks obtained, total marks. category, caste, religion, date of birth. personal mobile number. correspondence address, permanent address, signature, photo identity proof, and photograph-are duly verified and matched with the entries made in the application form. so as to avoid any inconvenience at the time of verification.
1. Submission of a filled application from on or before the given last date. The application form shall carry :-
- Three colour passport size photographs ( additional).
- Three copies of attested marksheet of XIIth onwards education
- Original copy of the transfer Certificate (T.C.).
- Migration (for out of state students) from the last institution attended.
2. Fee should be deposited by the students on the day of admission.
University Enrollment & Examinations:
The students shall themselves enroll with university by obtaining the enrollment forms from the university /college counter. In the examination, the filled up forms with the requisite examination fee shall be submitted to the college before or on the given date.
